A common question that I get asked – how do we start an exercise program. I recommend that you find something that you enjoy doing. The whole point in starting an exercise program is that you will stick with it and do it. Once you find what you enjoy, whether it is pilates, strength training, running, cycling, power walking etc…do it often but start out slow. An exercise program just really needs to be what do I need to do to get out and move more days than not. Get out & move. Do something for 30 to 40 minutes. Your exercise should me something you look forward to and not dread. If you dread it, it will never happen.
TIP: Get out, move more and find something you enjoy doing and do it regularly.
