Tip: One thing I always say is that people weren’t meant to spend hours rewriting their CV for every job that isn’t even guaranteed; that’s a broken process. When job seekers do this manually, mistakes and gaps creep in, and great candidates get overlooked simply because there’s no clarity. Employers want clarity, and candidates want opportunity, and a resume can either build or break that bridge. My tip is simple: stop optimizing for volume and start optimizing for clarity. Anayo Samson Oleru is a software engineer and technical founder focused on using technology to solve real-world challenges. Before founding Civeex in 2025, he created several open-source tools and digital products designed to address practical problems. He has worked across multiple industries, including fintech, government, e-commerce, and education, as a frontend, backend, full-stack, and mobile engineer, giving him end-to-end expertise in modern product development. He applies this broad technical knowledge to build scalable tools that improve how people interact with technology.
Anayo is also an international public speaker who enjoys sharing his knowledge, lessons learned, and real-world experiences in technology. He has spoken at global events including Google developer programs, Appdevcon, and IJS conferences in cities such as London, Lagos, and Amsterdam.
Beyond building products, Anayo actively contributes to the global tech ecosystem through mentorship. He has mentored in large-scale programs such as the Google African Developer Scholarship and Codementor, receiving strong positive feedback from learners he has supported.
He holds a Distinction MSc in Advanced Computer Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.
