I am the mother of two children, one of whom has learning challenges. I whole heartedly understand the struggle to find the right academic and social environment for your child. For years I struggled to find the right place for my son, and for years I felt heartbroken because there were no great options.
My son and I spent endless hours after school driving to tutoring sessions, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy, all while trying to coordinate a cohesive plan with his teachers. This demand was not only exhausting for my son, but for our entire family. After years of wondering why there was no place in Los Angeles that offered an inclusive option, I decided to build a place that did. I knew it had to be more than a traditional setting. It had to offer all therapies, interventions, and academics under one roof. I wanted this academy to be housed with a collaborative group of therapists, teachers and specialists who came to work each day excited to figure out how to help children learn, progress, and grow.
My dream to create this special place came true with Pacific Point Academy and Learning Center. It offers what no other school does, one-to-one instruction, individually designed to address each child’s strengths and weaknesses, while also providing small group instruction, so our children can learn from each other. Most importantly, Pacific Point Academy and Leaning Center is a place that works closely and thoughtfully with each and every child. We know school-aged children grow and develop quickly. There is no time to waste. A child’s success goes deeper than simply academics and grades. At Pacific Point Academy and Learning Center, we help kids develop and believe in themselves.
I invite you to call or visit and see how special we are! We look forward to assisting you in helping your child find success and reach his or her full potential.
