Nurturing Confidence for Professionals Looking to Lead

Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson, Executive Coach at Nurturing Confidence joins Enterprise Radio. Amy works with professionals who are moving from roles that value their expertise into leadership positions.

Listen to interview with host Eric Dye & guest Amy Jackson discuss the following:

  • Why Executive Coaching for professionals before they are Executives?
  • What challenges do professionals face as they move in to leadership positions?
  • What can professionals do to be more confident in their new leadership roles?
  • How can emerging leaders get their voices heard more in the workplace?
  • How can professionals tackle difficult conversations more effectively as leaders?

Tip: Start developing reflective practise as early as possible in your leadership pathway – working with a colleague or a coach to observe and review your leadership performance using a case-study style approach on yourself so you can bring a professional approach to developing this skill set.
