Sean Spellecy is a retired school principal, security expert, husband and father.

Sean was born in Portland Oregon in 1969 to Sandy and Ron Spellecy. Sean attended Issaquah High School in Issaquah, Washington, and was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 1989 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft. After 8 knee operations his career in professional baseball never materialized, and he began his career as an executive protection agent working his way up from a concert security guard to an elite bodyguard responsible for high profile individuals and entertainers. At age 25, and due to a life changing event,  Sean returned to school and completed his bachelors degree at Arizona State University.

He took a job as an emergency certified teacher at a school for all homeless youth in Phoenix, AZ. He fell in love with helping students in need, and completed his Masters in Education Administration so he could serve as a school administrator which he did prior to moving to Tulsa, Ok. Sean and his wife Teri, who were married in 2001, decided to move to Tulsa, Ok in 2003 in order to be closer to Teri’s family as Teri was pregnant with their son Mason.

Sean worked three jobs while teaching and waiting for his first administrator job in Oklahoma which came with the Bixby School District in 2004.  After three years as principal at a middle school in Oklahoma, a rash of horrific crimes committed against his students changed his life. Seeing that parents and schools were unprepared for preventing these crimes, it prompted his desire to provide a way of increasing the safety and security for schools and families alike. Infusing all of his experience with young people, education and security into the effort, Sean and law enforcement personnel helped create the finest research-based family protection program in the world. Sean resigned from education, due to the multiple requests to make this program available worldwide, and expanded operations to Hood River, Oregon.

It was in Hood River that the expert level school security portion of the program was completed. This provided both public and private schools a way to enhance their safety and security, decrease expenses, increase positive public image and mitigate risk.

Now, after five years of development, schools and families alike can drastically enhance their safety both at home and at school in a revolutionary program developed by a man who didn’t want to see one more family have to suffer. Schools not only can afford this program, they can’t afford not to have this program.
