Susan E. Atkins is a retired media relations professional with more than 40 years of communications experience including teaching journalism at the University of Tulsa. A former vice president of a fortune 500 company, she founded her own media and investor relations agency catering to the booming biotechnology industry, primarily in California where she lived for 40 years. She sold that company to an international communications company and has retired to the US Virgin Islands.
