His leadership journey began in the Israel Defense Forces, where he honed his analytical and problem-solving skills as an R&D specialist and military officer at an elite intelligence unit.

Leveraging his technical expertise, Bentzi transitioned to the venture capital world, becoming a Principal at i3 Equity Partners. There, he played a key role in identifying and investing in promising early-stage deep-tech ventures, with a focus on areas like AI and cybersecurity. He also served as a Board Observer in Frontegg, the leading customer management platform. B

entzi holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering & MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Today, Bentzi brings his diverse background and entrepreneurial vision to Utila. He is a hands-on leader, passionate about building a world-class team and driving product development.
