Kristin Conteen is a marketing professional experienced in employer branding, media management, content creation, community relations, trend analysis, recruitment marketing, pipeline development, and talent strategy.

She is the President of Main Street Recruitment, working with business leaders, human resources professionals and hiring managers to connect their companies with the digital channels that their prospective blue-collar candidates are actively using. Developing social recruitment campaigns are tailored to specific hiring needs, resulting in a streamlined candidate search, a larger pool of qualified candidates and improved time to hire.

Prior to working at MSR, she worked in recruitment marketing & community relations at Component Repair Technologies, focused on recruitment and retention marketing with emphasis on community relations, candidate pipeline development, and internal communications. She is responsible for developing strategies, planning and managing the media buy, creating compelling written content and designing visual collateral, engaging on social media, and attending or hosting events to meet the best and brightest candidates in Northeast Ohio.

Kristin has worked in B2B Advertising partnering with clients like Sherwin-Williams, Pella Windows, American Standard, SharkBite, and StreamLabs to brand, launch, and promote products to industry buyers and influencers.

With an expansive background in sales and service, Kristin launched her marketing career at United Way as a campaign representative and grew into the Director of Special Projects role where she campaigned, managed events, social media, and the website, and most notably launched the Women’s Leadership Council.

Kristin has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Communications from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. She currently resides in Mentor, Ohio with her husband Patrick and their dog, Hank. She and her husband also own a real estate investment company.
