Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Jude Odu discuss the following:
- Why do you think healthcare waste has become so normalized in the U.S., yet no one really knows this problem exists? How can employers, health systems, and consumers be more vocal about this $1.6 trillion crisis?
- Can you talk more about your framework Model Optimal Care, and how can it be applied to help alleviate healthcare waste?
- After 25 years of experience in this space, what do you think is often the biggest mistake organizations make when developing health plans?
- You talk about how technology, AI and data can make an immediate impact in eliminating waste. What does these tools look like in practice?
- If Model Optimal Care were adopted, what would employer health plans look like in the next 10 years?
