Here are several tips from my own experience:

Let your message come not from a written script, but from an outline of major points.
Don’t use teleprompters. Rely on your notes occasionally.
Write your major points on a steno pad in large letters.
Scotch Tape your notes to a point on the tripod just underneath the camera.
When beginning your video, make sure you smile.
Speak faster than you normally would.
Gesture as you would in a normal conversation.
Keep a conversational tone.
Have somebody else watch your video production.
