Betty Brennan President, Owner, and Company Co-Founder has been leading the Taylor Studios team since 1991, creating timeless exhibits for museums and nature centers across the country. She has coordinated and facilitated over 400 projects in the last 20+ years ranging from $50,000 to over $5 million each. As president, she implements the strategic goals and objectives of the company while giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s philosophy, mission, and strategy. She also oversees all departments ensuring the entire organization runs in accordance with Taylor Studios’ high standards. As a result of her dedication, Taylor Studios was listed on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies by Inc. Magazine in 2000, and was listed on the Inc. 5000 list in 2007 and 2009.
Betty earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Southwest Missouri State University. She is listed in the SIU Hall of Fame for the College of Business Administration and is the Chair of the External Advisory Board of the college. In 2009, she was recognized as the Alumna of the Year. In 2012, Betty was presented with the Longevity Through Innovation Award through the Champaign County Economic Development Corporation.
