After graduating from the University of Toronto, Shawna Page began a 20-year career in the Capital Markets, working her way up from a Sales Assistant on the Equity Trading floor, to Chief of Staff at one of the top Bank-owned investment dealers. With three kids and no work-life balance, Shawna thought she would retire, but two weeks later, became CEO of femMED, providing doctor-formulated and doctor-recommended herbal supplements for women.
While looking for solutions to address her own health concerns, Page discovered a much needed, yet untapped niche, which propelled her forward to fill a massive void in the marketplace. As the eldest of four daughters and 14 granddaughters, Shawna realized there was a necessity for natural supplements made just for women, and created femMED.
Shawna, and her dedication to natural medicine, is the heart of femMED. Her integrative approach to medicine and her belief in, and practice of living a healthy lifestyle, led to the unique, and first-of-its-kind product offering. femMED has been created to help women take control of their health and discover the powerful benefits of natural medicine.
