Ryan Argentieri is founder of the online training and leadership development program, DaydreamingNeedsDeadlines.com. Her programs help entrepreneurs and aspiring change-makers / purpose-driven people to take targeted consistent actions towards launching their ideas in an inspired, intentional way. She has founded three companies, and helped start dozens more.
Ryan serves as a Principle of Silver Mountain Solutions, a global consulting and advisory firm that conducts comprehensive operational and strategic assessments of businesses, non-profits and independent entities. In addition to supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners, the firm specializes in leadership development, fundraising and facilitation of projects and initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders across a variety of locations and disciplines. She is a Steering Committee member and Fundraising Chair for The Global Island Partnership (GLISPA), a non-profit that works on behalf of island nations, coastal regions and territories to build resilient and sustainable communities in the face of climate change.
Ms. Argentieri holds an MA in International Relations & Negotiation from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Johns Hopkins with a specialty in Environmental Finance. She also holds certification in Multi-Track Citizens’ Diplomacy from the Center for International Development and Conflict Management (CIDCM) from the University of Maryland where she completed her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Leadership Studies.
