Mr. Daily earned his juris doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, he also attended summer courses at the University of Bologna, Italy, where he studied International Contracts and International Arbitration. Mr. Daily was a member of the International Law Society and served as Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.

Prior to co-founding Daily | Aljian, Mr. Daily was a member of San Diego based Walton & Associates. Mr. Daily also worked as a Deputy Orange County District Attorney in the Office’s prestigious “Trial Attorney Partnership Program” where he assisted in bringing several criminal matters to trial.

Mr. Daily is admitted to practice before all California courts. He is also a member of various legal organizations, including the Orange County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Daily has been named as a Southern California Super Lawyer every year since 2015. Mr. Daily was also named as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers for the years 2012 and 2013.

In his free time, Mr. Daily serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Kid Healthy, Share Our Selves (Foundation Board) and the Gardena High School Art Collection, Inc. Mr. Daily also enjoys golfing, surfing, skiing and motorsports.
