Michael James Flanigan was born on March 30, 1987 and is a recent Georgia Tech graduate with a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and is the first engineer in his family. Upon graduation, Michael sought to make a difference in the world and got involved with nonprofit initiatives to help Haiti and the Native Americans.

In November of 2011 Michael was approached by his business partner, William Mesherle Jr., to join him in his business endeavor: the Expressionary. Michael helped to create the product and runs all the technical aspects of the business. Michael has a passion for giving back and helping the local community.

As the son of a United Methodist pastor, Michael is heavily involved in his father’s church where he serves as the choir director and youth Sunday school teacher. Along with his business partner William, Michael is constantly busy improving and growing their businesses.

Michael enjoys cooking, photography, film making, exercising and watching lots of movies. His interests include constantly reading and learning about business, basketball, hats and music. Michael is tenacious, caring, daring, giving, and enjoys taking care of others. He hopes to one day to create a collective of resources that allows people from all walks of life to succeed and follow their passion.
