Born and raised in the multicultural city of Burbank, Holden Stearns grew up knowing he would eventually purchase Ace Industrial Supply from his father, who founded Ace in 1983. Ace is an industrial tool supply company who sell high quality tools, industrial supplies, and safety equipment through telemarketing. Ace Industrial Supply is proud to provide approximately 400 individuals with employment and are continuously adding new members to its hardworking team.
Stearns started out part time as the executive assistant/recruiter for Ace while balancing his academic endeavors and other important life events. Having received a bachelor’s in business management from California State University, Northridge in 2016, Stearns became the Director of sales operations. Overseeing the operational side of the sales department was a critical role Stearns fulfilled and thrived in.
Eventually, through years of diligent work, Stearns was promoted to VP of sales administration in late 2017. Stearns later became the CEO of Ace Industrial Supply in early 2020 and faced unprecedented business obstacles caused by COVID-19. With the leadership of Stearns, Ace Industrial Supply fought back and thrived during a terrible economic environment.
Outside of the office, Stearns enjoy being outdoors and partakes in recreational sports like snowboarding, wakeboarding, fishing, and football. However, Stearns is most passionate about traveling, as he likes to discover and explore new locations throughout the world. He has been to every continent except Antarctica and would love to get the opportunity to travel to every continent before turning 30.
