Tip: Drive your business from the bottom line. You look at what you want from your business and you back into that. Start with what you want to make and then build a model that will support that. Most people do the reverse – they sell, deliver , and then hope there is something left over for them. I believe in doing the reverse. You create what you want from your business and then back into that. You treat your profit like an expense – it is not negotiable.
