Cynthia Payne is CEO of Anchor Excellence a management and executive services consulting firm. In 2021 we boast 14 leaders with a range of programs and online learning. Our whole frame is to enable leaders and bring our values to full focus. I also have an extensive executive career. My previous role as CEO, SummitCare (2002-2018) a privately held aged service provider was a great basis for proven leadership, strategy and business optimisation. Under my leadership the organisation was recognised on three separate reviews for global excellence using the Australian Business Excellence Framework with a Silver in 2009, and two Golds in 2012 and 2014. In 2015 it was also recognised in the Australian Growth Awards. In 2013 I was recognised by Australian Partnerships Australia for my Chairmanship of the Arts Health Institute and in 2018 Western Sydney University recognised me with the ‘Woman of the West Award’ – Business category on International Women’s Day.
I hold an MBA, Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing, uniquely CertIV qualified Purna Yoga teacher (800HrRYT) and I am Certified Practitioner of Balanced Scorecard. As a seasoned public speaker and MC I revel in the chance to help conferences and key events really hit the mark.
I am MAICD, Fellow of the Governance Institute Australia and Long term member of the College of Nursing and Fellow of the Manager and Leaders Institute.
