With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has held key roles at DVIRC, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Consulting Operations, Director of Marketing Services, and Marketing Manager. He is the chief architect of DVIRC’s Manufacturing Moonshot, an ambitious initiative launched in 2024 to enhance U.S. manufacturing through workforce development, technology integration, supply chain resilience, access to capital, and regional expansion.
Under his leadership, DVIRC collaborates with manufacturers, state and federal stakeholders, and regional partners to foster innovation, create family-sustaining careers, and drive a vibrant regional economy. Prior to DVIRC, Chris was a Partner at S&S Foods, where he grew the business by over 300% through innovative product development and branding. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Philadelphia University.
