Camille Preston is an expert in leadership, management, and productivity, who offers keynote speaking, training, and coaching services. She has more than twenty years of experience guiding business executives, policy makers, and individuals to new heights of leadership and performance. Her clients include individuals and teams at organizations like GE, Harvard University, and the U.S. Army. She is a thought leader in virtual effectiveness, cracking the code for understanding how to leverage technology, how to rewire for results, and how to create collaborations with people you do not see face to face. Camille holds an undergraduate degree from Williams College and a doctorate from the University of Virginia.

In 2004, Camille founded AIM Leadership, a leadership development and coaching firm dedicated to improving individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. And in 2012, she published Rewired: How to Work Smarter, Live Better, and Be Purposefully productive in an Overwired World.

Camille is passionate about entrepreneurship and female leadership. She is an advisor for Compass Partners, a nonprofit collegiate organization that helps develop entrepreneurs, and a mentor for organizations like Women Innovate Mobile, Strong Women, Strong Girls, and We are the XX. She is also a steering committee member of the 85Broads Power Circle.

Based in Boston, Camille is an avid runner, yogi, and adventure traveler. She has worked on five continents and traveled to 39 countries. She lives in Cambridge with her husband, Mark, and their two children Preston and Adeline.
