As co-founder of SPARK Solutions for Growth, a marketing and strategy consultancy, Rachel has developed strategies for market leaders including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Disney and American Express since 1998. Rachel brings strategic, marketing and operational savvy to drive growth for both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, including multiple divisions of Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Bayer. With SPARK co-founder Mary Wallace Jaensch, Rachel became a “vagipreneur”, building and growing Semprae Laboratories, Inc., a venture-backed female sexual health company, providing clinically-proven sexual satisfaction products for women.
