It is unhealthy to be logged in all the time, especially as an entrepreneur. Receiving an influx of information, 24/7, will lead to burnout rather quickly.

You must preserve your sanity and creativity. You can do so by setting aside one day a week to unplug and experience a digital detox. If that is too difficult, start with half a day.

Logging off while you’re sleeping doesn’t count.
