Barbara Summers author of the hit book: “Next! A Matchmaker’s Guide to Finding Mr. Right, Ditching Mr. Wrong, and Everything In Between” joins Enterprise Radio. The book  offers a wealth of advice designed to help a woman at any stage of a relationship.

Since launching her professional matchmaking business called Healthy Professional Singles in 1986, Barbara has matched over 300 couples who all married.

Barbara also works as a relationship coach and leads seminars and workshops on topics such as how to keep a relationship hot, handling a divorce, and identifying what you’re looking for in a partner. She hosts yearly retreats to Canyon Ranch.

Barbara is a proven media veteran, particularly as a relationship expert taking live call-ins. She has extensive experience as a live radio show host, including the “Bab Summers Show” on WJBK broadcasting out of Detroit and “Singles Talk” on San Diego’s KCEO-AM (1000), which was a popular listener call-in program about relationships.

She will appear on “The Romance,” a reality TV series about dating that will air on San Diego Channel 4 in February 2015 and is nationally syndicated. Barbara has been a guest on other television programs such as “Good Morning San Diego,” San Diego Living,  “Fox 5 Morning News,” and Channels 7 (NBC) and 10 (ABC) San Diego evening news, and was featured in an Emmy Award-nominated documentary about the wives of professional athletes.

A relevant credential for the subject at hand is the fact that Barbara has been married four times. Yes, you read that right: four! (Note that the fourth is still in the picture, and his nickname is Lucky.) One of her husbands was a professional baseball player; another was a professional football player. She has a daughter, three stepsons, five grandchildren, a great-grandson, and an Australian Labradoodle that is like an additional child in the family. Barbara lives in the San Diego area.
