Together with her partner Douglas Barra, Jody established the vision for her team – transforming the economic landscape of South Florida – and has devoted her time, energy, and passion to working with local business owners causing them to prosper.

Jody is a Certified Coach with Gazelle’s International and is trained to lead Verne Harnish’s Mastering the Rockefeller Habits 4 Decisions Workshops. Jody is consistently ranked in the top 10% of coaches within the ActionCOACH community (among 1300+) both nationally and worldwide and is a Fellow at the International Business Coaching Institute.
When Jody isn’t busy working with her clients and growing ActionCOACH Team Sage, she dedicates her time to family & friends and pursuing her many passions which include sailing, reading, studying, cooking, entertaining or somewhere out in the community making a difference.
