She is also the founder of Real Women on Health, an online community and radio program that educates, empowers and engages women about health and wellness issues that impact how women live, work and care for their loved ones.

Health Care Marketing Expert
As a strategic healthcare marketing and communications expert for national and multi- national health care companies, Kelley empathetically addresses the trust barriers and communications gap between health care marketers and women, as chief health influencers and decision makers.

Her marketing and communications work has been published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Communications in Health Care, and she is a speaker at pharmaceutical and health care industry conferences such as the World Congress Leadership Summit on the Business of Women’s Health, and Cannon Communications’ PharmaMedia Conference.

Kelley has been nominated as a “Woman of Innovation” from the Connecticut Technology Council in the Entrepreneurship and Leadership category. Kelley earned her Masters degree in Public Health from Boston University School of Medicine, with a Certificate in Public Communication from BU’s School of Public Communication in 1989, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981.

Founder, Real Women on Health
From heart health to sexuality, caregiving to coping with transition, Kelley brings passion and expertise to the topics she shares with her Real Women on Health audience. Her most celebrated topic, How I Found the ME in Menopause™ shares Kelley’s real-life journey into seeing menopause as a time for reflecting, shedding and energizing – ratherthan as a ‘medical condition.’

Kelley also contributes her expertise and passion for women’s health and wellness to some of the most recognizable global organizations. As a member of the American Heart Association’s Westchester/Fairfield County GO RED Leadership Team, Kelley brings her advocacy-to-action to raise awareness and raise funds to improveeducation and awareness of heart disease as a woman’s issue. Kelley is also a member of the American Cancer Society’s Blogger Advisory Council, helping to draw attention to the most important cancer-related issues facing women.
