Mark Mobley, a pastor and city council member, joined Georgia CALLS in 2015 to bring his wealth of business, pastoral and non-profit knowledge to the table. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Georgia, and completed pastoral studies at Rhema Bible Training Center. With years of experience in both the public and non-profit arenas, Mark is purposefully leading the talented team at Georgia CALLS to help carve a path for returning citizens in the Atlanta area to restore their lives and give back to their own communities after a successful reentry.
