Entrepreneurs: Take a step back and breath with Jonathan Citrin

Jonathan Citrin, founder and CEO of CitrinGroup, an investment advisory firm located in Birmingham, MI joins Enterprise Radio.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Jonathan Citrin discuss the following:

  • What made you decide to become an entrepreneur?
  • What sets you apart from other entrepreneurs?
  • What were 3 of your biggest hurdles you had to overcome?
  • How does CitrinGroup experience continued success in such volatile economic times?
  • Are you 100% happy with where your company is now?

TIP: Slow down. As entrepreneurs, we work until we drop. Oftimes, this causes us to focus on day-to-day and neglect the larger picture. Take time each and every day to think macro, be the visionary for your business – no one else will. This is the only way to get your business off the ground to a bigger scale. You must focus on what is important and not let tactics keep you from thinking generatively.
