Ronny Lindsay, Co-Owner/Head Trainer) at Da Factory, a CrossFit training facility located in Doral, Florida, Ronny Lindsay believes every one of his athletes can become the “well balanced man”—a physically, mentally and spiritually balanced person.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Ronny is trained in Tae Kwon Do, football, rugby and basketball (among others), and knows firsthand what it is like to train to achieve results. Ronny has trained many people for different reasons—from sports training, to weight loss to overall fitness—and helps athletes attain a healthier lifestyle without the ignorance sometimes associated with sports training.
Ronny’s experience as a trainer began when he himself was being instructed by a strength and conditioning coach who taught him the fundamentals of nutrition, plyometrics, strength training and conditioning, weight management and sports performance. His experience inspired him to train the 2006 Flag Football National Champions and to run his own boot camp.
Ronny has a bachelor of science in civil engineering specializing in structural engineering from Florida International University as well as CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Football and Combine 360 certifications.
