Matt Zemon brings over 20 years of customer service, operations and billing experience to American Support.  Zemon and his team helps clients grow their revenue & increase their subscriber base by focusing on making every one of their customer contacts count. American Support’s U.S.-based contact centers and home agents provide an alternative to offshore labor.

Mr. Zemon, who holds a B.A. from The Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond, is the Entrepreneur in Residence for the National Military Spouse Network, serves on the Board of the Raleigh Durham chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and has been named one of the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 winners.

American Support has been named one of the “Top 10 places in the cable industry to work” by CableFax magazine, one of the world’s “Most Democratic Organizations” by WorldBlu and has won a number of industry awards including recognition as the 49th fastest growing business products and services company in America by Inc. Magazine.
