Jennifer A. Grady, Esq. is an attorney, business consultant, and community organizer.  Ms. Grady founded the law firm of The Grady Firm, P.C. in 2012 with a passion for helping business owners and their families achieve the American Dream of freedom, opportunity, self-sufficiency, and success.  She specializes in business, labor/employment, and immigration law.

As a third-generation entrepreneur, Ms. Grady has unique insight into helping her clients overcome their obstacles and reach their goals.  She uses her litigation experience, along with her background as an attorney, mediator, and business owner, to bring a unique perspective to each client’s matter.  As the “pre-nup attorney for businesses”, Ms. Grady helps her clients how reduce their liability for potential lawsuits through education, employee counseling, and document drafting (i.e. contracts, employee handbooks, and forms).  When disputes arise, Ms. Grady resolves issues for clients through negotiation, mediation, and when necessary, litigation.

In order to provide a cost-effective way for entrepreneurs to learn the legal and practical aspects of starting and growing a business, Ms. Grady founded Ignite Startup School in 2014.  The school provides its Members with Online Courses, webinars, access to an exclusive community of entrepreneurs, discounts on customized legal services, and small business vendor discounts.

In 2012, Ms. Grady created the Women Entrepreneurs Club as an online and offline community that provides opportunities for networking, mentorship, education, and friendship.  The organization has over 500 members, and is a Strategic Partner of the West Hollywood Women’s Leadership Conference and California Women’s Conference.

Ms. Grady earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.  She is a certified mediator, and is fluent in Spanish.
