Dora Grant is the Founder and CEO of Chalant Sunglasses. She began working in the Retail Industry in 2005 and over the past 10 years she’s gained tremendous insight and rewards while serving her customers. She also has an appreciation for the challenges of being a brand owner because it affords her an opportunity to learn and position Chalant to be more competitive. Dora is committed to her customer needs in addition to establishing rapport and maintaining excellent partnerships in order to maintain the success of Chalant.
With 10 years serving the retail business world, Dora have a keen understanding of retail sales, branding and marketing which has enabled me her build a record of sustained sales in all her past positions. Dora looks forward to building positive customer relationships and new opportunities every day because she thrives on challenge and change.
Dora is an active member of the National Retail Federation; which assists with her ability to lead Chalant Sunglasses and provide superb products to her customers. She completed her Bachelors’ degree in Business Management, and has several Advanced Professional Certificate’s in General Management, including coursework in Leadership, Organizational Communication, Managing Conflict and Change, Human Resources Management, Negotiation and Operations which assisted in enhancing her analytic skills, organizational capabilities and creativity in tackling problems, and assisting her customers on a high level.
