As the President and Head of Client Engagement of Second Line Advisors, Dan focuses on providing tailored and flexible human capital solutions to firm clients, by way of executive search and other human capital solutions.  Dan’s portfolio of work includes the hiring of executives for Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory, Financial Crime (BSA/AML, Sanctions, Anti-Corruption), Legal, Internal Audit and Data Management at global, regional and line of business levels for financial institutions ranging from banking to wealth & investment management, consumer finance, financial technology, insurance, ratings and management consulting.

Dan is a graduate of Rutgers University with degrees in Communication and Economics.  Prior to launching Second Line Advisors, he served as the Americas Head of the Corporate Officers Practice at Sheffield Haworth, a global retained executive search firm.  From 2001 to 2010, Dan established the foundation of his industry connectivity while working for boutique search firms in New York.
